Eric has 11 years of real estate industry experience, including over six years focused exclusively on cannabis-related property transactions and consulting assignments tied to dispensary, cultivation, and processing facilities. He has consulted in ten different states with both new and legacy medical or recreational cannabis laws. Eric provides real estate identification services for new license applicants; buyer representation services; tenant representation services; and geographic dispensary roll-out consulting for existing licensees looking to scale. He is Argus-certified and holds real estate salespersons licenses in DC, VA, and MD.
