A seasoned serial entrepreneur, Drew has more than 10 years of business experience starting, scaling, and operating companies with an expertise in capital markets, cannabis, and real estate. On behalf of an MSO client, Drew led the launch of a vertically-integrated cannabis operation, overseeing the acquisition of a distressed portfolio of licenses in a new state. He managed all business and pre-development processes, including capital raising, property-sourcing and underwriting, entitlements, construction administration, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, SOP implementation, and operational execution. Drew has vast knowledge of the execution of transactions, formerly serving as both an underwriter and asset manager for a $300MM+ private equity debt fund.
